At Platinum Pilates we focus on the individual and offer high quality Pilates one-on-one sessions as well as small group TRX classes. Pilates, pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates, is a mind-body exercise system designed to strengthen the weak and challenge the strong. We recommend 3 sessions per week for optimum results.

Owner of Platinum Pilates and certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, Andrea Cousins, possesses ten years of teaching experience and certifications in a variety of fitness disciplines. Andrea’s personalized programs coupled with her energy and passion in the studio are a source of inspiration for her clients. It is her core belief that anyone can learn to build strength from the inside out.
